This workshop will outline the intercultural supervision model used in the Nafsiyat Refugee Project. The project was responding to the psychological needs of recently arrived refugee communities in London. To carry out this work they developed a supervision model that could be used and developed to enable refugee organisations to deliver services within their own communities. Clinical examples of supervision will be explored to allow us to think about the complexities of the work.
